Job Summary

• They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support daily operational activities in our FMCG manufacturing facility.
• The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating production, monitoring inventory, maintaining operational records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in operations or manufacturing environment (FMCG experience is an advantage).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in coordinating and record keeping.
• Experience in Time Management.
