Job Title: Head Chef

Location: Wetland Plaza, Jabi - Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Requirements

• Education: Culinary Arts Degree/Diploma.
• Experience: 4-7 years culinary experience; 2+ years as Sous Chef or Senior Chef.
• Certifications: Food Safety & Hygiene; HSE Certification.
• Key Skills: Menu development, food costing, kitchen leadership, quality control.
• Leadership & Competencies: Creativity, time management, team leadership.

General Requirements:

• Valid means of identification.
• Medical fitness certificate.
• Strong knowledge of HSE practices.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends & holidays. 
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
