Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources, team.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to client business leaders, delivering strategic Human Resources, support and solutions that drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and selection.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary Human Resources,contact for assigned clients.
  • Build strong relationships, understand business needs, and provide tailored HR solutions.

Human Resource Advisory:

  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, training, and Human Resources, compliance.
  • Support the development and implementation of Human Resources,policies, procedures, and strategies.

Budgeting & Business Reporting:

  • Support periodic budget forecasting and reviews.
  • Prepare performance reports, variance analysis, and financial insights for stakeholders.

Training & Development:

  • Design and deliver training programs to address client-specific development needs.
  • Provide coaching and support to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Human Resource Administration & Compliance:

  • Support Human Resource administration including employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and Human Resources, best practices.
  • Analyze Human Resources, data and prepare reports on key Human Resources, metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity.

Performance Management:

  • Support the design and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Guide managers on performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Must have 3–5 years’ experience in a strategic Human Resources, role (Human Resources, consulting experience is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, Human Resources, policies, and employee relations.
  • Experience in budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and stakeholder management ability.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources, software and data management systems.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
