Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources, team.
- The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to client business leaders, delivering strategic Human Resources, support and solutions that drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and selection.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary Human Resources,contact for assigned clients.
- Build strong relationships, understand business needs, and provide tailored HR solutions.
Human Resource Advisory:
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, training, and Human Resources, compliance.
- Support the development and implementation of Human Resources,policies, procedures, and strategies.
Budgeting & Business Reporting:
- Support periodic budget forecasting and reviews.
- Prepare performance reports, variance analysis, and financial insights for stakeholders.
Training & Development:
- Design and deliver training programs to address client-specific development needs.
- Provide coaching and support to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Human Resource Administration & Compliance:
- Support Human Resource administration including employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and Human Resources, best practices.
- Analyze Human Resources, data and prepare reports on key Human Resources, metrics such as turnover, engagement, and diversity.
Performance Management:
- Support the design and implementation of performance management systems.
- Guide managers on performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Must have 3–5 years’ experience in a strategic Human Resources, role (Human Resources, consulting experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, Human Resources, policies, and employee relations.
- Experience in budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and stakeholder management ability.
- Proficiency in Human Resources, software and data management systems.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
