Role Overview
- We are seeking experienced Senior Sales Engineers to lead complex technical sales engagements and manage high-value projects while mentoring junior sales engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical sales cycles and strategic opportunities
- Engage senior-level clients and decision-makers
- Provide technical and commercial leadership in project delivery
- Mentor and guide Technical Sales Engineers
- Ensure successful deal closure and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical/industrial sales
- Proven leadership capability
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation expertise.
