In addition, our prolific manpower cuts across the 36 states in Nigeria. After successfully gaining ground in all the 36 states of the federation, we are gradually spreading our tentacles to other African Nations. We are currently registered to also do business in Ghana. Job Title: Real Estate Business Development Manager

Location: Owerri, Imo

Job Summary

• The Head of Business Development will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement business development strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Prepare and present business proposals and pitches.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
• Track and report on business development activities and results.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with a minimum of 5 years ofexperience
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.

Salary
N450,000 - N550,000 / Month.
