We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: TV/Radio MCR Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all Master Control Room operations.
  • Ensure uninterrupted transmission of TV and Radio programs.
  • Monitor broadcast signals, audio, video, and transmission quality.
  • Coordinate program scheduling and ensure programs go on air at the scheduled time.
  • Manage and supervise MCR operators and technical staff.
  • Troubleshoot transmission issues and liaise with engineers for quick resolution.
  • Maintain broadcast logs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure proper switching between live programs, recorded programs, and commercials.
  • Implement standard operating procedures for broadcast continuity.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/BSc in Broadcast Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Media Technology, or related field.
  • 5–8 years experience in TV/Radio broadcast operations or Master Control Room management.
  • Strong knowledge of broadcast automation systems, transmission equipment, and signal monitoring.
  • Ability to manage technical teams and coordinate live broadcast operations.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
