Role Summary

• The Sales Manager (B2C) will be responsible for driving consumer sales of adhesive products through retail and distribution channels.
• The role focuses on expanding market share, managing distributor networks, developing sales strategies, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow B2C sales for adhesive products.
• Manage and expand distributor and retail dealer networks.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key channel partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
• Conduct product training and support promotional activities with channel partners.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and product launches.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
• Identify new business opportunities and new markets for adhesive products.

Requirements

• Education: B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 8 - 10 years of sales experience, preferably in adhesives, construction chemicals, paints, or building materials.
• Strong experience managing B2C distribution channels.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales strategies and market development.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
