We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Office Administration Management:Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Record Keeping and Documentation:Maintain accurate records, files, and documents while ensuring proper organization and easy retrieval of information.
  • Preparation of Reports and Correspondence:Draft and prepare reports, memos, emails, and other official documents required by management.
  • Meeting and Schedule Coordination:Organize meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments for management and relevant staff.
  • Office Supplies and Inventory Management:Monitor office supplies, place orders when necessary, and ensure adequate availability of materials needed for daily operations.
  • Administrative Support to Management:Provide support to management by handling administrative tasks and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3years relevant experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 per month.
