Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee daily bakery production operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain product quality standards, and coordinate production staff to meet daily output targets.
• The supervisor will also ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily bakery production activities to ensure timely and efficient output.
• Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with company and food safety standards.
• Manage and support bakery production staff to maintain productivity and discipline.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of bakery equipment and production tools.
• Track production output, inventory usage, and prepare basic production reports.
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards within the production area.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and supply operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a bakery or QSR production environment is an added advantage.
• Strong supervisory and team management skills.
• Computer savvy with the ability to prepare basic reports and use digital tools.
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
