Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Officer to support the finance team in managing financial records, monitoring transactions, manage payroll, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Perform reconciliation of accounts, including bank and ledger reconciliations
- Payroll computation
- Monitor company expenses and income.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting.
- Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Support internal and external audit processes when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 2–3 years of experience in an accounting role
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of payroll management
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / Month.
