Job Summary
- The Administrative Manager will oversee the administrative and operational coordination of the centre, ensuring efficient office management, documentation control, vendor coordination, and general administrative support across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
- Develop andmaintaineffective documentation and record-keeping systems.
- Coordinate officelogistics, supplies, and facility requirements.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Support recruitment processes, staff documentation, and onboarding.
- Ensure administrative compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate scheduling and operational reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5years’ administrative management experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Monthly salary range
N250,000 - N350,000 / Month.
