We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Manager

Location: LekkiLagos

Job Summary

  • The Administrative Manager will oversee the administrative and operational coordination of the centre, ensuring efficient office management, documentation control, vendor coordination, and general administrative support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Develop andmaintaineffective documentation and record-keeping systems.
  • Coordinate officelogistics, supplies, and facility requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Support recruitment processes, staff documentation, and onboarding.
  • Ensure administrative compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate scheduling and operational reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5years’ administrative management experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Monthly salary range
N250,000 - N350,000 / Month.
