Job Summary
- The Front Desk / Guest Experience Officer will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, parents, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Maintainaccuratevisitor and access records.
- Coordinate check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about services.
- Handle complaints or concerns and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain front desk organization and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2 - 4 years’customer service or front desk experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
