Job Title: Administrative Manager / External Affairs Relationship Officer

Job Description
Government Relations Maintenance and Compliance Coordination:
- As the core liaison between the enterprise and various government agencies at all levels in Cameroon, coordinate with departments such as the Territorial Management Department, the Labor and Social Relief Department, and the Business Administration Department, follow up on policy updates and ensure the compliance of enterprise operations.
- Handle administrative procedures such as enterprise registration, qualification approval, and license renewal, and be familiar with the government processes and differentiated requirements in key cities like Yaoundé and Douala.
External Public Relations and Negotiation Affairs:
- Develop and implement annual public relations strategies, coordinate media relations management, including writing press releases, organizing media conferences, and responding to crisis public relations, and carry out work using both English and French.
- Lead business negotiations with partners, suppliers, and industry associations, coordinate contract signing, clause revisions, etc., safeguard the enterprise's interests, and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
Logistics Development and Tracking:
- Develop logistics transportation providers from Nigeria to Cameroon and track the entire process of goods import.
Administrative Support and Information Management:
- Be responsible for the translation and review of external communication documents to ensure the accuracy and standardization of bilingual documents in accordance with the official language usage requirements of Cameroon.
- Manage the enterprise's external communication channels, including content updates and maintenance of the official website and social media platforms, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of information release.
- Compile and organize government policies, industry dynamics, and competitor information, providing data support for management decisions.
Job Requirements
- Gender not restricted. Age range: 28-35.
- Bachelor's degree or above. Relevant majors include public relations, administrative management, law, etc.
- At least 3 years of experience in public relations, external liaison or administrative management. Candidates with work experience in multinational enterprises, international organizations or large local enterprises in Cameroon will be given priority.
- Candidates with experience in maintaining government relations and conducting business negotiations will be preferred. Familiarity with the political, economic and social environment of Cameroon is required.
- Proficient in English and French. Capable of independently completing bilingual document writing and translation tasks.
- Familiar with Cameroon's labor laws, commercial laws and government procedures. Possessing compliance management capabilities.
- The Candidate must be a Cameroonian
- Possessing excellent negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities, and being able to effectively coordinate the interests of all parties.
Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / Month.
