Job summary

• We are seeking a proactive Service Executive to manage customer enquiries and service delivery, driving high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in banking operations and client support.

 Requirements

• BSc and HND only
• Must have completed NYSC or have an Exemption Letter
• Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience, relevant IT and other Technical skills are an added advantage.
• Age: Not more than 27 years.

Benefit

• Monthly Salary: N200,000 - N215,000
• HMO, pension, and other benefits.
