Job Summary

• The Website / IT Support Officer is responsible for maintaining the company’s website and providing technical support for computer systems, software, and IT equipment.
• The role ensures that all IT systems and the website run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the company website regularly.
• Monitor website performance and fix technical issues.
• Provide technical support to staff for computer hardware and software problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot network, internet, and email issues.
• Ensure website security and perform regular backups.
• Assist in managing company databases and online platforms.
• Set up computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Keep records of IT issues and solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress, HTML, or similar tools).
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task

Salary
N350,000- N400,000 monthly.
