Job Description
- A Digital Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to executives while managing digital tools, communication platforms, and online workflows.
- The role involves organizing schedules, managing digital correspondence, coordinating virtual meetings, handling online research, and supporting digital projects to improve productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and reminders.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and online events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Communication Management:
- Manage emails, messages, and digital communication channels.
- Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Digital Operations:
- Manage cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, project management tools).
- Organize digital files and maintain documentation systems.
- Assist with CRM updates and database management.
Research & Data Support:
- Conduct online research for business projects.
- Compile data, analytics, and insights for decision-making.
- Prepare summaries and briefing documents.
Project Coordination:
- Track project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with remote teams and freelancers.
- Monitor task completion using digital project management tools.
Social & Online Presence Support (Optional depending on company):
- Assist with social media scheduling and content management.
- Monitor online engagement and basic analytics.
- Support digital marketing activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred) with 2+ years experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or administrative support.
- Strong knowledge of digital productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or social media management.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Basic data analysis or reporting skills.
