Job Title: Operation / Restaurant Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of fine dining restaurant employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, food preparation, cooking, and serving, to ensure efficient and timely service.
• Maintain high food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards to meet health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimizing waste to optimize cost efficiency.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment functions properly and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve profitability, and achieve business objectives.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.

Salary
N600,000 - N800,000 per month.
