Role Overview
- Best Practices Limited is seeking a proactive and creative Front Desk & Content Engagement Officer to join our Creative Team.
- This role combines front office coordination with strategic digital engagement responsibilities.
- The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors while actively contributing to the company’s brand visibility, online engagement, and lead support efforts within the logistics and fleet technology industry.
- The objective of this role is to strengthen our digital presence, drive meaningful engagement, and support business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administrative Coordination:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries professionally
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment
- Provide light administrative support when required.
Content Creation & Creative Team Support:
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to execute the company’s content strategy
- Develop engaging, insight-driven posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Contribute industry-related content focused on logistics, telematics, and fleet management
- Assist in creating short-form videos and educational content
- Support storytelling initiatives such as client success highlights and industry trends.
Community Engagement & Digital Growth:
- Actively engage with target audiences including fleet managers, logistics companies, and transport operators
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and online inquiries
- Initiate and nurture professional connections on LinkedIn
- Support digital outreach efforts and lead tracking
- Provide periodic engagement and activity reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools
- Understanding of target audience engagement
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused.
