We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Investment Advisor (Luxury)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Summary

• The Investment Advisor will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, promoting the company’s real estate investment opportunities, and closing sales.
• The role requires strong sales skills, relationship management, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients interested in real estate investments.
• Promote and sell the company’s property investment products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and investment consultations.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, property inspections, and promotional events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field with 2–4 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate, banking, insurance, or investment advisory.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of the Port Harcourt market and client network is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
