Job Title: Student Recruitment & Social Media Coordinator (Remote)

Job Description

• NextLeap Abroad is seeking a motivated and proactive individual based in Nigeria to support our student recruitment and social media outreach.
• The role involves engaging with prospective students online, promoting study-abroad opportunities, and assisting interested applicants through the initial stages of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Post engaging content related to studying abroad.
• Respond to enquiries from prospective students via social media and messaging platforms.
• Identify and qualify interested students before forwarding them to the admissions team.
• Promote NextLeap Abroad services in relevant student communities and online groups.
• Maintain a simple list of enquiries and potential applicants.

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, customer support, or student recruitment is an advantage but not required.
• Interest in international education or study-abroad opportunities is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms.
• Ability to engage and communicate with prospective students.
• Basic digital marketing or social media management skills.
• Good organizational and time management ability.

Other Requirements:

• Must be based in Nigeria.
• Must have a personal laptop.
• Must have reliable internet access.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Remuneration

• Monthly base pay.
• Commission for every successfully recruited student.
• Performance-based bonuses for strong results.
