Job Summary
- As Fernhill continues to expand its client portfolio and deepen its presence across key industries, we are looking to bring on a Marketing Manager who will lead the agency’s marketing efforts and strengthen its brand positioning in the market.
- This role will focus on increasing Fernhill’s visibility, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and driving campaigns that support both brand growth and business development.
- The ideal candidate will be someone who understands how to position a professional services brand, translate strategy into clear marketing initiatives, and build campaigns that drive awareness, credibility, and new opportunities.
Role Overview
- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading Fernhill Digital Group’s marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support business growth.
- The role involves developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, overseeing digital marketing and content initiatives, and positioning the agency effectively across its target sectors.
- Working closely with leadership and internal teams, the Marketing Manager will ensure that Fernhill’s marketing efforts consistently reflect the agency’s brand, attract prospective clients, and contribute to measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Campaigns:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen Fernhill’s brand positioning and market presence
- Plan and manage campaigns that increase visibility and support client acquisition
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning
- Manage marketing calendars across campaigns, digital platforms, and brand initiatives
Brand & Reputation Management:
- Maintain a consistent and compelling brand narrative for Fernhill across all marketing channels
- Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, digital platforms, and marketing materials
- Monitor brand presence across digital platforms and identify opportunities to strengthen visibility
Media, Partnerships & Industry Visibility:
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant media, platforms, and industry partners
- Support opportunities for brand features, partnerships, and industry engagements
- Develop marketing materials, including brand decks, media kits, and press materials, where required
- Coordinate visibility around launches, campaigns, and key business announcements
Digital Marketing & Content:
- Oversee Fernhill’s social media and digital marketing initiatives across platforms
- Guide the development of content that drives engagement, authority, and brand awareness
- Track campaign performance and optimize marketing activities based on analytics and insights
Lead Generation & Business Growth:
- Develop marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and support business development efforts
- Drive inbound marketing activity that attracts potential clients
- Track marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and ROI
Collaboration & Execution:
- Work closely with internal teams, creatives, and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives
- Present marketing strategies, campaign ideas, and performance insights to leadership when required
- Manage multiple campaigns and marketing priorities simultaneously
- Support marketing budget management and ensure efficient use of resources
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital marketing
- Strong experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand positioning
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a marketing, digital, or creative agency environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management software
- Experience working with brands across lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, or professional services sectors
- Associate membership of a recognized professional marketing body is an advantage
