Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

• Responsible for grilling and preparing food items according to standard recipes while maintaining quality, hygiene, and efficiency, including support for outdoor jobs when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Grill and prepare food items according to standard recipes
• Ensure food quality, taste, and proper presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of grilling area and kitchen space
• Observe food safety and hygiene standards
• Handle grilling equipment and report faults
• Support outdoor catering or outdoor sales when required

Requirements (Skills & Experience)

• Candidates must have 2–3 years experience as a griller or in similar role. Academic qualification is not compulsory 
• Good knowledge of grilling techniques and food handling
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Must live close to Lekki Phase 1 or be willing to use provided accommodation

Additional Information:

• Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (Proximity to job location is very important; accommodation available if needed)
• Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays (1pm to 11pm, Sundays only for when there's outdoor jobs with bonus)
• Available to work Monday–Saturday; Sundays only when required for outdoor jobs (with bonus).

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
