St. Ives Specialist Hospital is a leading multi-specialist healthcare facility established in 1996. The hospital provides dedicated specialist services in women’s health, children’s health, and family healthcare, delivered by a team of experienced consultants in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Medicine, and Surgery.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Identify potential patient segments and referral sources, such as doctors, clinics, corporate clients, insurance providers, and community organizations.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase patient referrals and hospital admissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including physicians, healthcare providers, and corporate clients. Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and follow-ups to promote hospital services.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote the hospital's services, specialties, and new offerings.
• Organize and manage marketing campaigns including online, social media, and offline channels (e.g., print, radio, events).
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as the medical, finance, and administration departments to align marketing initiatives with hospital goals
• Collaborate with the hospital’s patient services team to ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and experience.
• Collect and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
• Implement programs and initiatives that enhance the overall patient journey from initial contact to post-care follow-up.
• Track and report on sales targets, marketing campaign performance, and patient growth metrics.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the hospital’s management team, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing efforts.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Adminstration, or related fields.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
