Job Title: Head of Project
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
- The Head of Projects will oversee all real estate development and construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and regulatory standards.
- The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all real estate development projects.
- Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Supervise project managers, contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to executive management.
- Manage project risks and resolve issues that may affect project timelines or quality.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure cost control, quality assurance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Drive efficiency and innovation in project delivery processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (PMP, COREN, NSE, NIOB, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5–7years’ experience in construction or real estate project management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale real estate development projects.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent budgeting, planning, and project execution abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and construction management systems.
