Job Summary

- The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to our clients, address inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
- Provide accurate information on services and shipments
- Maintain customer records and update interactions
- Collaborate with operations team on customer requests.
Requirements
- B.Sc./ HND in Customer Service, Business, Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years customer service experience (logistics advantage)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in computer applications.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
