Job Description

• We are looking for a professional and proactive Receptionist / Social Media Manager to join our financial services company in Jabi, Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations while also supporting the company’s online presence and customer engagement on social media platforms.

What You Will Do

• Greet and attend to clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
• Manage the company’s social media pages and respond to messages or comments
• Create simple content and posts to promote company services
• Schedule appointments and maintain visitor records
• Handle incoming emails and basic office correspondence
• Support general administrative and office coordination tasks
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized front office environment.

Who You Are

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer tools
• Organized, presentable, and customer-focused
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: N120,000 per month
