Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with an office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Carpenter

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate wll beresponsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures, fixtures, and fittings within the organization’s buildings and premises.
• This role involves working on furniture, doors, windows, partitions, and other wood-based installations to ensure they remain functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain door handles, cylinders, and engines to ensure proper functionality and security.
• Construct and install building frameworks, including windows, walls, floors, and door frames, ensuring precise measurements and durable construction.
• Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks as needed, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of craftsmanship.

Relevant work experience/Qualification

• Minimum of a Trade Test qualification in Carpentry.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Carpenter
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
