We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Accounting Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining financial records and processing transactions
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in Accounting or Finance with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
- 1st Class or Second-Class Upper (2:1) at minimum
- Completed or in the process of completing the mandatory National Youth Service (NYSC).
- ATS or ICAN in view is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
