Job Title: Operation Supervisor

Location: Osogbo, Osun

Reports to: Operations Manager

Role Summary

• The Operations Supervisor oversees daily operations across the bowling alley, cinema, gym, and guest service areas, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across all areas
• Lead and coordinate staff during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Resolve guest issues professionally
• Monitor staff performance and productivity
• Ensure cleanliness and operational readiness
• Assist with opening and closing procedures 
• Ensure safety procedures are followed

Qualifications

• HND or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality, cinema, gym, or entertainment environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills • Good organisational ability
• Professional appearance and attitude

Preferred Experience:

• Hotel, cinema, gym, restaurant, or recreational facility experience
• Experience supervising staff.

• Based in Osogbo or willing to relocate

• Able to work evenings and weekends
