Job Title: New Product Development Agent

Location: Ikorodu, Ishaga, Ayobo / Ipaja, Badagry, Mowo, Epe, Ibeju-Lekki - Lagos, Mowe / Ibafo, Sango-Ota, Agbara - Ogun

Job Summary

• Our client is hiring New Product Development (NPD) Agents to support ongoing product rollouts and regional expansion.
• The role involves field execution, product awareness, customer engagement, and sales support within the salon network.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive awareness and education of new and existing products within assigned locations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and in-salon activations where required.
• Support customer engagement and sales conversion at the regional level.
• Gather market feedback, consumer insights, and competitor information.
• Ensure consistent brand and product representation across all assigned outlets.
• Submit basic activity and field reports as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience (FMCG, field sales, or activations preferred).
• Minimum of a Diploma qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work across multiple Local Government Areas (LGAs).
• Must own and be proficient in using a functional smartphone.

Salary
N150,000 / month + Conveyance.
