Job Title: Receptionist / Guest Service Officer

Location: Osogbo, Osun 
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Operations Supervisor

Role Summary

• The receptionist is the first point of contact and responsible for welcoming guests, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally Assist guests with enquiries and bookings
• Handle payments and issue receipts
• Direct guests to bowling, cinema, or gym areas • Maintain clean and organised reception area.

Qualifications

• OND, HND, or equivalent
• Good spoken English
• Friendly and professional personality
• Basic computer skills.

Experience:

• Customer service experience preferred
• Hospitality experience is an advantage.

Applicants must be:

• Based in Osogbo or willing to relocate
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional and customer-focused
• Able to work evenings and weekends
