Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Reports to: Cook and Operations Supervisor

Role Summary

• The Kitchen Assistant supports the Cook in food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen organisation.
• This role ensures the kitchen operates efficiently and hygienically at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of SSCE certification is required

Experience:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Training will be provided

Required skills:

• Willingness to learn
• Hardworking attitude
• Ability to follow instructions
• Good personal hygiene

Personal qualities:

• Reliable and punctual
• Honest and responsible
• Physically able to stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude

Kitchen working conditions:

• Shift work including evenings and weekends
• Fast-paced environment
• Standing for extended periods
