We support Admin, Facilities, and Procurement teams with consistent delivery of office essentials backed by structured sourcing, vendor verification, and transparent pricing. Job Title: Business Development Associate

Description

• We are hiring a Business Development Associate for a growing Supply & Procurement start-up (Yaba, Lagos).
• This is a field-facing, target-driven role ideal for someone serious about building a career in B2B sales, meeting corporate decision-makers, and closing supply deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach corporate prospects (Admin/Procurement/Facilities/Operations)
• Generate leads and convert them into RFQs, POs and supply contracts
• Manage follow-ups and maintain a simple weekly pipeline report
• Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth quoting and delivery

Who we’re looking for

• Someone confident with B2B sales and corporate engagement
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-driven and consistent (start-up environment = you take initiative)
• Experience in sales/business development is a plus.

Compensation

• ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 / month (base salary)
• Commission on deals closed (performance-based upside)
