We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Outlet Concept Manager – Electronics

Location: Calabar, Cross River
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across electronics, IT/PC, mobile phones, and related technology categories.
• Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve category revenue.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure team members are equipped to provide consultative sales support.
• Manage stock levels, inventory movement, and replenishment to avoid stockouts.
• Lead and supervise department staff to ensure high productivity and excellent customer service.
• Implement shrinkage control measures for high-value electronics products.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure accurate price labeling.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for product availability, promotions, and product training.
• Conduct stock checks, reconciliations, and inventory audits.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields
• 3 - 5 years experience managing electronics or consumer durable retail categories.
• Strong understanding of electronics, IT devices, and mobile technology products.
• Experience in sales forecasting, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 monthly (depending on experience, qualifications, and role fit).
