We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Major Responsibilities

  • Front desk management including welcoming patients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Managing appointment scheduling and patient flow using the clinic’s booking system.
  • Handling incoming phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and direct messages promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinating patient registrations, updating patient records, and maintaining accurate data entry.
  • Managing patient billing processes and coordinating with the clinical team where necessary.
  • Providing clear information to patients regarding appointments, services, and clinic procedures.
  • Ensuring a professional and organised reception environment.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
  • Basic computer literacy including email, Microsoft Office, and messaging platforms.
  • Professional appearance and patient‑focused attitude.
  • Experience within a medical, dental, or healthcare environment will be considered an advantage.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
