Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of human resource functions within a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations across multiple business units including fleet, warehouse, and administrative teams.
  • This role requires strong operational HR capability and the ability to work effectively in a structured, performance-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate employee documentation, records management, and HRIS updates.
  • Support performance management processes including appraisals and KPI tracking.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support payroll coordination, leave administration, and benefits management.
  • Assist in implementing training and development initiatives.
  • Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and workforce metrics.
  • Support HR reporting including turnover, headcount, and attrition analysis.
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Experience within logistics, transportation, or operations-driven industries is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Membership of CIPM or relevant professional body is an added advantage.
