Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing information about our properties and investment opportunities, and ensuring a positive client experience at all times.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client requests effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
  • Provide detailed information about the company’s properties, investment plans, and services.
  • Assist clients with documentation, applications, and payment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  • Follow up with clients on property inquiries, investment packages, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and operations departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Keep customers informed about new property listings, investment opportunities, and company updates.
  • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
  • Support administrative tasks related to customer management.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate services is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
