• Lead daily operations and drive performance within the retail and recreational spaces.

• Manage staff performance & scheduling Monitor inventory & stock control
• Ensure excellent customer experience

• Maintain brand standards & reporting

Requirements

• 3+ years retail/store management experience
• Strong leadership & team management skills
• Sales & operations driven
