We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development - Regional Manager (Fintech)

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded within the region.
  • Ensure alignment of all Business Development teams with company goals, productivity standards, and performance targets.
  • Support the recruitment and expansion of the Business Developer (BD) workforce by attracting and onboarding quality talent.
  • Coordinate regional meetings, prepare reports, and oversee operational activities within the region.
  • Conduct field visits to monitor team performance, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the implementation of regional sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Review and analyze regional sales performance and customer repayment trends to ensure a low default rate and prompt repayments.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Business Development, or a related role.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a position like Regional Manager, Deputy Regional Manager, Or State Manager.
  • Prior experience in the fintech industry is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage field operations and coordinate multiple teams effectively.
  • Experience managing large teams (50+ personnel) is highly desirable.
  • Good sales performance and track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
