Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and corporate sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
- Drive sales growth and expand the organization’s client base
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 8–10 years’ professional experience in business development or sales
- At least 4 years of experience working with an HMO as a Business Development Manager is compulsory
- Proven track record of achieving business growth targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work smartly and meet targets
