Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
• Drive property sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Represent Ladeal Homes at exhibitions, inspections, and networking events.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to maximize lead conversion.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
