We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand Growth Strategist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that strengthens the identity and positioning of Mara Cruiz Organics.
  • Ensure brand messaging, tone, and visual identity remain consistent across all marketing channels.
  • Define the company’s unique value proposition in the organic skincare and wellness market.
  • Monitor brand perception and customer sentiment.

Growth & Marketing Strategy:

  • Design and execute data-driven growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify opportunities to acquire new customers and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to optimize acquisition campaigns.
  • Develop strategies to expand into new markets or product categories.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Content & Community Executive and Paid Ads Specialist to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and growth targets.

Market & Customer Insights:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze customer behavior and purchasing patterns.
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing and product strategies.

Partnerships & Brand Collaborations:

  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
  • Develop initiatives that increase brand visibility and credibility in the beauty and wellness industry.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track and evaluate the performance of marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Monitor key metrics such as customer acquisition, brand awareness, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
