Ainiz Home is a growing home and kitchenware company that imports, wholesales, and retails quality household products to customers and businesses across Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail & Wholesale Sales Supervisor

Location: Island, Lagos

Role Overview

• The Sales Supervisor will oversee store sales activities, supervise junior sales staff, support both retail and wholesale customers, and ensure proper sales and inventory processes are followed.
• This role requires someone who is organized, customer-focused, and able to lead a small retail team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise junior sales associates
• Manage daily store operations
• Ensure the store opens and closes on schedule
• Assist customers with product selection
• Support both retail and wholesale customers
• Record all sales transactions using the POS system
• Monitor store inventory and request stock when needed
• Ensure the store remains clean and well organized
• Submit daily sales and operational reports to management
• Technology Platform used in the business:
• Loyverse POS integrated and optimized by Ribap Solutions.

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience required
• Experience supervising staff is an advantage
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage a small team
• Basic technology skills.

Working Hours:

• 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
• Employees are expected to arrive by 8:45 AM to prepare the store for opening.
• The store opens to customers by 9:00 AM.
• Closing begins at 5:45 PM and ends by 6:00 PM, unless a customer is still being served.

Leave Policy:

• Annual Leave
• 10 working days per year
• Sick Leave
• 5 days per year
• A medical report is required if sick leave exceeds one day.

Additional Information

• A shop phone and mobile data will be provided for store operations.
• The company observes major public holidays only, including:
  • Christmas
  • New Year
  • Eid
  • Sunday work may occasionally be required and will be compensated accordingly.

• Store Manager
• Sales Manager
• Operations Manager.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: N140,000 (Gross)
• Additional performance-based commissions may apply.
