Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Personnel to join our hotel team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the proper cleaning, drying, ironing, and folding of linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry in accordance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, and wash hotel linens, towels, and guest laundry items.
• Operate washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect items for stains, tears, or damage before and after washing.
• Fold, stack, and store clean laundry neatly in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and adhere to hotel safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies and linens.
• Provide excellent service for any guest laundry requests.
