Job Title: ELV Project Manager (Extra Low Voltage Systems)

Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced ELV Project Manager for an expatriate assignment in Nigeria to lead and manage Extra Low Voltage (ELV) projects from initiation through successful completion.
• The role involves planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Audio Visual (AV), BMS integration, and other low-current systems.
• The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with required quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ELV project lifecycle management
• Plan, schedule, and control project timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Oversee system design reviews and technical compliance
• Manage procurement, materials, and vendor coordination
• Monitor budgets, project costs, and financial performance
• Ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and regulations
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover
• Prepare project progress reports and documentation
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication
• Ensure compliance with safety and site requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field - Project Management certification (PMP preferred)
• Minimum 10+ years of ELV / Low Current project experience
• Experience working on large-scale commercial / industrial projects
• Experience in Nigerian projects (preferred)
• Proven track record managing multi-system ELV projects
• Strong technical background in systems such as: CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, SMATV, Audio Visual (AV), BMS / System Integration
