Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Officer to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across our outlets and corporate office.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, and network systems while supporting staff with technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across outlets and offices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, POS systems, and related IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
  • Support and maintain business software applications used in daily operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system upgrades, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions and ensure proper user training.
  • Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and support logs.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant IT support experience.
  • Prior hands-on experience working with business or enterprise software applications.
  • Experience supporting POS systems, networks, and general IT infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and user support skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
