We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Business Development Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to penetrate new market (Zones or estates) and develop existing zones.
  • Conduct Market research, analysis and strategies to identify profitable partnership for development.
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calls, bulk emails, networking, social selling and other personal sales and marketing strategies for lead generation.
  • Build and nurture strong relationship with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations to prospectives clients, estates, businesses and partners.
  • Ensure good Negotiating abilities on pricing, terms and conditions to securing deals with estates, businesses and partnership that will be profitable to the organization
  • Work with the team to develop targeted plans and implementation of targeted market campaigns and promotions to developing zones and estates.
  • Maintain relationship with estate stakeholders and be the account officer managing estates in your zone.
  • Ensure up to date record of all sales activities, leads and customers details in all sales database and system
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and reports; daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly for evaluation.
  • Traveling to various destinations to facilitate transactions when needed.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your Line Manager and the Management.
