Job Summary

• We are seeking motivated and results-driven Marketers who will actively promote our academy programs, engage potential students, and drive course enrollments.
• The ideal candidate will represent the academy externally, interact directly with prospects, and convert interested individuals into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Ileoja Academy courses to individuals, organizations, and communities
• Conduct outdoor and field marketing activities
• Educate potential students about available business and tech programs
• Generate leads and convert prospects into enrolled students
• Meet assigned enrollment targets
• Maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing students
• Provide feedback from the market to improve marketing strategies
• Represent the academy professionally at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification
• Previous marketing or sales experience is an advantage (not compulsory)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good interpersonal and networking skills.
