Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, campaign execution, and market strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and other digital channels.
• Manage and grow the company’s brand presence and visibility across online and offline platforms.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to design customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal return on investment.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media marketing.
• Proven track record in brand development and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Salary
N220,000 - N250,000 monthly.
