Job Description
- As a Sales Representative at 4T Cabs Travel and Logistics, you’ll be responsible for promoting the company’s transportation and logistics services, securing new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and helping achieve sales targets.
- Your role will support business growth by increasing revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and generate new business leads
- Present and promote 4T Cabs’ travel, cab services, parcel delivery and logistics solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings and field visits to close deals.
- Negotiate pricing, sales contracts and terms with customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Track and report on sales activities, leads, conversions, and revenue performance.
- Gather market and customer feedback to inform business strategy and service improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Qualifications
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 – 3 years relevant sales or client-facing experience (preferably in travel, transport or logistics).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work toward sales targets and report performance.
- Good understanding of logistics, travel services, and local market dynamics is an advantage.
